Here we have another high end and very cool condo in a trendy part of the city. Again, the builder had chosen a quick solution rather than a custom solution for the bathrooms. Acrylic one piece tub/shower units are great in a sense that they almost never leak. The look though is plain and boring and many clients request them to be removed despite they are still fully functional. They want to bring some life and character and of course, modern looks to their bathroom and this can only be achieved by an all custom full bathroom renovation, which was the case here. The boring tub shower and vanity area is removed, new floating vanity with a bulk head housing pot light above it, custom tiled tub surround and a beautiful floor makes this space practical and beautiful while the layout and the small size of the room was not altered.
